“84”液消毒护目镜致新冠肺炎一线工作人员眼部症状的探讨

Disscussion on Eye symptoms of COVID-19 front-line medical staff caused by “84”chlorine-containing disinfectant

目的探讨“84”液消毒护目镜致工作人员眼部刺激反应的预防措施。方法分析武汉某方舱医院8名医护人员因使用“84”液消毒的护目镜所致的眼部不适反应的原因;改良消毒处理流程。结果2020年2月19日—2月22日,150工作人员中有8名医护人员在使用护目镜后眼部出现畏光、灼痛、流泪、结膜充血等症状;2月23日后改良了消毒处理流程,无一新发症状者。结论及时应用生理盐水冲洗眼部,红霉素眼膏涂眼,可有效缓解含氯消毒剂所致的眼部刺激反应;彻底清除残留的“84”液是预防眼部刺激反应的关键,护目镜的安全消毒方式有待进一步研究;在重大传染病疫情期间,应特别强化岗前培训,以确保有效、安全的消毒隔离工作质量。

Objective To discuss the preventive measures of eye irritation induced by“84”chlorine-containing disinfectant goggles.Methods To analyzes the causes of eye discomfortable caused by“84”chlorine-containing disinfectant used in eight medical staff of Wuhan shelter hospital.Results From February 19 to February 222020,eight of the 150 medical staff had photophobia、burning pain、tearing and conjunctival congestion after using googles.After Feb.23,the distinfection process was improved and no new symptoms were found.Concusion Prompt application of saline rinse and eyethromycin eye ointment can effectively alleviate the eye irritation reaction caused by chlorine disinfectant.The key point to prevent eye irritation reaction is to removal the residual“84”chlorine-containing.The safety disinfectant method of goggles needs to be further studied.During the epidemic situation of major infectious diseases,special pre-service training should be strengthened to ensure effective and safe disinfection and isolation.
