孕产妇对新型冠状病毒肺炎的认知及健康教育需求调查

Survey on Maternal Awareness of COVID-19 and Health Education Needs

目的在疫情期间调查孕产妇COVID-19的认知、需求情况,为临床护理健康教育提供有效的依据和方向。方法采用一般情况调查表、COVID-19认知及需求调查问卷对222位孕产妇进行调查研究。结果63.5%的孕产妇COVID-19专业知识达到良好水平,其中高收入、已婚、孕妇及剖宫产、未出现不良心理症状的孕产妇具有较好认知水平;76.1%的孕产妇COVID-19孕产相关知识达到良好水平,其中非高龄产妇、较高收入、高学历的孕产妇知晓率较高;COVID-19疫情期间关于胎儿或婴儿专业知识指导,COVID-19防护指导,心理疏导方面的需求较高;孕产妇较多选择的健康教育形式包括网上视频指导、网上图文指导、纸质宣教。结论在疫情期间,高龄、低学历、低收入的孕产妇的疾病知识知晓率相对较低,孕产妇更愿意接受网络教育及纸质宣教的模式。

Objective To investigate the maternal cognition and demand of covid-19,and to provide effective basis and direction for clinical nursing health education.Methods A total of 222 pregnant women were investigated by using the general condition questionnaire and the COVID-19 cognition and needs questionnaire.Results 63.5%of the pregnant women had a good level of COVID-19 professional knowledge.Among them,those with high income,married,pregnant women,cesarean section and no adverse psychological symptoms had a good level of cognition.76.1%of the pregnant women had reached a good level of COVID-19 knowledge related to pregnancy,among them,the awareness rate of non-elderly women,highter income and higher education was higher.During the outbreak of COVID-19,there was a high demand for fetal or infant professional knowledge guidance,COVID-19 protection guidance and psychological counseling.The forms of health education that pregnant women choose more include online video instruction,online graphic instruction,and paper-based instruction.Concusion During the epidemic,the elderly,low-educated and low-income women had a relatively low awareness rate of disease knowledge,and they were more willing to accept online education and paper-based education.
