摘要 基于性能的抗震设计方法是目前主流的超限高层的设计方法,规范给出的4个抗震性能目标等级并不能完全满足所有结构类型的设计需求。针对7度区部分框支剪力墙结构的特点,适当调整规范建议的抗震性能目标,根据结构构件受力特征分类细化抗震性能目标要求,并以某具体超限高层结构为例进行各水准地震作用下结构抗震性能分析。分析结果显示,该高层结构各项指标满足规范相关要求,达到预定的抗震性能目标,且比完全按照D级抗震性能目标设计更为经济有效. With the continuous increase in building height and the constant complexity of building shapes,performance-based seismic design methods have gradually been widely recognized. Owners and designers can select the required performance objective according to the importance of the project,investment amount,seismic fortification intensity,structure type and irregularity,difficulty of repair and other conditions. The Chinese code gives four seismic performance objective grades of A,B,C,and D,but these seismic performance objectives cannot fully meet the design requirements of all types of structures. In view of the characteristics of partial frame-shear wall structure in the seismic intensity VII zone,the D-grade seismic performance objective was adjusted,and the wall supporting columns,frame-supported beams,shear walls of bottom strengthened zone,ordinary vertical components,frame beams,and coupling beams were formulated separately different performance objectives,and take a specific project as an example to carry out structural equivalent elastic calculation analysis and Elasto-plastic time-history analysis under various seismic levels. The analysis results show that the various parameters of the structure meet the requirements of the Chinese codes and reach the predetermined seismic performance objective,and it is more economical and effective than the design according to the D-grade seismic performance objective.
