摘要
机电系统是工程项目的重要组成部分,是赋予建筑物生命的系统,而BIM技术正在改变其在建筑项目全生命周期中的管理模式。本研究通过分析目前机电安装工程现状,结合工程实例来分析BIM在工程全生命周期中机电安装工程的应用点,主要包括信息传递、参数化设计、碰撞检查、造价管理、维护管理等,为提升BIM在建筑生命周期的价值提供基础和借鉴。
Mechanical,Electrical and Plumbing system,which lends life to buildings,is animportant part of projects,and BIM technology is changing its management mode throughout the whole lifecycle.Based on the present situation of the mechanical and electrical installation project,this study analyze the whole life cycle of BIM in the engineering application of mechanical and electrical installation project combined with an project example,and its mainly includes the information transmission,parametric design,collision checking,cost management,maintenance and management,etc.
