银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效和安全性观察

Observation of clinical efficacy and safety of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris and type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的研究银丹心脑通软胶囊在老年不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病治疗中的价值。方法98例老年不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病患者,依据随机分层法分成研究组和对照组,每组49例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果;用药前后心绞痛发作持续时长、发作次数,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、D-二聚体(D-D)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)水平;不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率91.84%高于对照组的75.51%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,研究组心绞痛发作持续时长(3.78±1.06)min/次短于对照组的(5.69±1.79)min/次,心绞痛发作次数(0.69±0.20)次/d低于对照组的(1.04±0.31)次/d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,研究组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、TG、TC水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率6.12%与对照组的10.20%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。用药后,研究组D-D、hs-CRP、FIB水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛合并2型糖尿病的效果显著,可快速稳定患者病情,控制心绞痛发作,降低血糖、血脂水平及炎症反应,安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the value of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule in elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris and type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris and type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into research group and control group according to the random stratification method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the research group received Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,duration of angina pectoris,number of attacks,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,triglycerides(TG),total cholesterol(TC),D-Dimer(DD),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),fibrinogen(FIB)level before and after medication,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 91.84%of the research group was higher than 75.51%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,the duration of angina pectoris(3.78±1.06)min/time of the research group was shorter than(5.69±1.79)min/time of the control group,and number of attacks(0.69±0.20)attacks/d was lower than(1.04±0.31)attacks/d of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After medication,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,TG and TC of the research group were all lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 6.12%of the research group had no statistically significant difference compared with 10.20%of the control group(P>0.05).After medication,the levels of D-D,hs-CRP and FIB of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule shows remarkable effect in the treatment of elderly patients with unstable angina pectoris and type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can stabilize the illness states,control the onset of angina pectoris,and lower the blood glucose and lipid levels with high safety.It is worthy of promotion.
