疏血通注射液治疗急性大动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死的临床观察

Clinical observation of Shuxuetong Injection in treating acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction

目的探讨疏血通注射液治疗急性大动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死患者的临床效果。方法72例急性大脑动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死患者,依据随机纸片法分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组采用抗血小板聚集、调脂等常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合疏血通注射液进行治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率94.4%显著高于对照组的75.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏血通注射液治疗急性大动脉粥样硬化型脑梗死患者可以提高临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Shuxuetong Injection in treating acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 72 patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy of anti-platelet aggregation and lipid regulation,and the observation group was treated with Shuxuetong Injection on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4%,which was significantly higher than 75.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shuxuetong Injection can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with acute atherosclerotic cerebral infarction,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
