替罗非班联合尿激酶在缺血性脑卒中治疗中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the practical effect of tirofiban combined with urokinase in the treatment of ischemic stroke

目的探究替罗非班联合尿激酶在缺血性脑卒中治疗中的应用效果。方法83例缺血性脑卒中患者,按照用药方法不同分为对照组(39例)和研究组(44例)。对照组患者给予尿激酶治疗,研究组患者给予替罗非班联合尿激酶治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、不良事件发生情况及治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为90.91%(40/44),显著高于对照组的66.67%(26/39),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.460,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者NIHSS评分均低于本组治疗前,且研究组NIHSS评分(3.17±1.13)分明显低于对照组的(6.49±1.44)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者不良事件发生率为13.64%(6/44),低于对照组的33.33%(13/39),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.544,P<0.05)。结论替罗非班联合尿激酶治疗缺血性脑卒中临床疗效显著,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the practical effect of tirofiban combined with urokinase in the treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 83 elderly patients with ischemic stroke were divided into control group(39 cases)and research group(44 cases)according to different medication methods.The control group was treated with urokinase,and the research group was treated with tirofiban combined with urokinase.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse events,and National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 90.91%(40/44),which was significantly higher than 66.67%(26/39)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.460,P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the two groups were all lower than those before treatment,and the NIHSS score(3.17±1.13)points of the research group was obviously lower than(6.49±1.44)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of the research group was 13.64%(6/44),which was lower than 33.33%(13/39)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.544,P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of tirofiban and urokinase shows remarkable clinical efficacy in the treatment of ischemic stroke with high safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
