探究普拉洛芬滴眼液联合人工泪液治疗干眼症的可行性及有效性

Feasibility and effectiveness of pranoprofen eye drops combined with artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye

目的研究治疗干眼症时应用普拉洛芬滴眼液联合人工泪液的治疗效果。方法76例干眼症患者,根据入院顺序分为参照组与研究组,每组38例。参照组给予人工泪液治疗,研究组给予普拉洛芬滴眼液联合人工泪液治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、各项指标及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率97.37%高于参照组的78.95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光染色评分和泪液分泌值均明显优于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。参照组不良反应发生率7.89%(3/38)低于研究组的10.53%(4/38),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在为干眼症患者治疗时,应用普拉洛芬滴眼液联合人工泪液能够得到更为理想的治疗效果,改善患者临床症状,缩短泪膜破裂的时间,加快患者恢复健康的速度,提升生活质量,值得推广和应用。

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of pranoprofen eye drops combined with artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye.Methods A total of 76 patients with dry eye were divided into reference group and research group according to admission order,with 38 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with artificial tears,and t he research group was treated with pranoprofen eye drops combined with artificial tears.The therapeutic effect,all indicators and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 97.37%,which was higher than 78.95%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The tear film break-up time,corneal fluorescence staining score and tear secretion value of the research group was obviously better than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the reference group was 7.89%(3/38),which was lower than 10.53%(4/38)of the research group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of pranoprofen eye drops and artificial tears shows ideal therapeutic effect for dry eyes patients,which can improve the clinical symptoms,shorten tear film break-up time,speed up the recovery progress and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion and application.
