西药药剂头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的临床应用效果研究

目的分析西药药剂头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠的临床应用效果。方法80例炎症患者作为观察对象,根据患者的入院顺序分为对照组及研究组,各40例。对照组患者接受头孢他啶进行治疗,研究组患者接受头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠进行治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的60.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率为2.5%,低于对照组的20.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论炎症属于临床中常见的一类疾病,头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠作为第三代抗生素,在治疗多种细菌感染疾病中具有良好的治疗效果,但是由于最近几年以来临床抗生素药物的应用越来越泛滥,抗生素耐药性不断提高,导致此类药物引发的不良反应也随之升高,影响到患者的临床整体治疗效果与安全性,临床中给予炎症患者西药药剂头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗的效果明显,治疗安全性高,应该给予大力的推广与应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical practical effect of Western medicine cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium.Methods A total of 80 patients with inflammation as observation subjects were divided into control group and research group according to admission order,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ceftazidime,and the research group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 90.0%,which was higher than 60.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was 2.5%,which was lower than 20.0%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Inflammatory disease is one of the most common diseases in clinical practice.Cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,as the third generation of antibiotics,has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of a variety of bacterial infections.However,due to the increasing use of clinical antibiotics in recent years and the continuous improvement of antibiotic resistance,adverse reactions caused by such drugs have also increased,affecting the overall clinical efficacy and safety of patients.In the clinic,the Western medicine cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium has obvious effect and high treatment safety on patients with inflammation,and should be promoted and applied vigorously.
