中药贴敷治疗足踝部闭合性骨折合并软组织损伤的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of traditional Chinese medicine application on closed fracture of foot and ankle combined with soft tissue injury

目的分析中药贴敷治疗足踝部闭合性骨折合并软组织损伤的疗效。方法100例足踝部闭合性骨折合并软组织损伤患者,随机分为抬高患肢组与中药贴敷组,各50例。抬高患肢组采取抬高患肢措施,中药贴敷组采取中药贴敷的措施治疗。比较两组治疗前后的临床症状评分、踝关节活动度变化、临床疗效。结果治疗后,两组疼痛、压痛、肿胀、瘀斑、功能障碍评分均低于治疗前,且中药贴敷组低于抬高患肢组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的踝关节背伸度、屈曲度均较治疗前变大,且中药贴敷组背伸度(15.4±3.1)°、屈曲度(25.5±4.0)°均大于抬高患肢组的(10.2±2.0)、(20.0±3.4)°,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药贴敷组患者治疗优良率为86.0%(43/50),高于抬高患肢组的46.0%(23/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药贴敷治疗足踝部闭合性骨折合并软组织损伤的疗效较抬高患肢显著,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine application on closed fracture of foot and ankle combined with soft tissue injury.Methods A total of 100 cases of closed fracture of foot and ankle combined with soft tissue injury were randomly divided into elevated limb group and Chinese medicine application group,with 50 cases in each group.Elevated limb group took measures to raise the affected limb,and the Chinese medicine application group took measures of traditional Chinese medicine application.The clinical symptoms score and ankle motion before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the pain,tenderness,swelling,ecchymosis,dysfunction score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and Chinese medicine application group was lower than elevated limb group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ankle back extension,flexion of the two groups were larger than before treatment,and ankle back extension(15.4±3.1)°,flexion(25.5±4.0)°of the Chinese medicine application group was greater than(10.2±2.0)and(20.0±3.4)°of elevated limb group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment excellent rate of Chinese medicine application group was 86.0%(43/50),which was higher than 46.0%(23/50)of elevated limb group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine application shows remarkable efficacy for closed fracture of foot and ankle combined with soft tissue injury,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
