摘要
通过对三渣冷再生基层材料性能室内试验、现场施工工艺的研究,与普通半刚性基层材料进行了对比分析,三渣再生混合料的强度、水稳定性和冰冻稳定性均成满足规范对半刚性基层材料性能的要求,并给出了施工工艺要求。研究成果在上海G1503大修工程中成功应用,论证了三渣基层冷再生工艺在道路维修工程中的适用性。
Through the research on the indoor test and field construction technology of three slag cold recycling base material,this paper compared and analyzed the performance of three slag cold recycling base material with ordinary semi-rigid base material.The strength,water stability and freezing stability of three slag recycled mixture could meet the requirements of specification for semi-rigid base material performance,and the construction technology requirements were given.The research results have been successfully applied in Shanghai G1503 overhaul project,demonstrating the applicability of three slag base cold recycling technology in road maintenance engineering.
