摘要
针对不同规格、不同批次退役动力电池包在重组过程中的一致性差异问题,基于某电站的实际项目需求,对梯次利用电池储能系统(BESS)的集成设计进行了介绍,降低电池成组难度,确保电池可靠运行。考虑不同退役电池包的充放电特性与一致性差异,提出了基于荷电状态(SOC)的充放电功率实时调整策略,在确保电池安全运行的前提下最大限度的利用电池存储的能量。最后通过实际测试验证了控制策略的有效性。
Considering the consistency differences of different specifications and batches of retired power battery packs in the recombination process,based on the actual project requirements of a power station,the integrated design of echelon use battery energy storage system(BESS)is introduced to reduce the difficulty of battery grouping and ensure the reliable operation of batteries.Considering the differences in charging and discharging characteristics and consistency of different retired battery packs,a real-time charging and discharging power adjustment strategy based on state of charge(SOC)is proposed to maximize the energy stored in the battery under the premise of ensuring the safe operation of the battery.Finally,the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified by a practical test.
