浙江省新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下远程心理危机干预服务 被引量:7

Preliminary study on the remote psychological crisis intervention under the background of COVID-19

摘要 目的:以浙江省心理卫生协会组织的"抗疫"热线和网络平台心理危机干预服务为例,探索心理危机干预的远程心理服务模式。方法:具有丰富经验并参加上岗前培训的123位心理学志愿者通过一个网络心理咨询平台、两条电话心理咨询热线,运用远程心理咨询技术,如心理支持、放松技术、稳定化技术、正念冥想等,为379位来电者提供规范的远程心理服务并进行随机回访。结果:对新冠肺炎知识的认识不足导致恐慌的来电,占咨询总量的26.13%;有接触史、医学检查呈阳性而导致负性情绪的来电,占比6.13%;因疫情而导致躯体化表达的来电,占比8.80%;睡眠问题来电,占比10.13%;疫情导致情绪、行为问题的来电,占比35.20%;有情绪问题和行为问题既往史的来电,占比11.47%;其他问询占比2.14%。结论:98%的来电者在咨询结束后都表示情绪状况得到了改善。说明在突发公共卫生事件中,具有独特的优势的远程心理危机干预对于来电者的情绪缓解起到重要作用。 Objective:Taking the "anti-epidemic" hotline and online psychological crisis intervention service organized by Zhejiang Psychological Health Association as an example,to investigate the remote psychological service model of psychological crisis intervention.Methods:A total of 123 psychological volunteers with solid experience and pre-training provided standardized remote psychological services and random return calls through an online psychological counseling platform and two hotlines.Remote psychological counseling techniques,such as psychological support,relaxation technique,stabilization,mindfulness,meditation,were applied.Results:Panic caused by insufficient knowledge of New Corona virus Pneumonia(COVID-19),accounted for 26.13% of total calls;Negative emotions caused by contact history or positive test results,accounted for 6.13%;Somatization caused by COVID-19,accounted for 8.80%;Sleep problems,accounted for 10.13%;Emotional and behavioral problems caused by COVID-19,accounted for 35.20%;Emotional and behavioral problems with past history,Accounted for 11.47%;and other inquiries,accounted for 2.14%.Conclusion:98% of clients report an improvement of their emotional status after counseling.It explains that in public health emergencies,remote psychological crisis intervention can play an important role in reducing negative emotions of clients with its unique advantages.
