摘要
目的:探讨中医院校医护专业学位硕士生心理弹性、学习生涯适应能力在日常应激与心理健康间的中介作用。方法:2019年7-12月,选取浙江中医院大学、福建中医药大学、湖北中医药大学、贵阳中医学院、南京中医药大学的临床医学、中医学、护理学635名专业学位硕士生作为调查对象,采用一般情况问卷、硕士研究生日常应激源量表、Connor-Davidson心理弹性量表中文版(CD-RISC)、研究生生涯适应力量表、一般心理健康问卷(GHQ-20)进行问卷测量。结果:心理健康总分为(50.56±10.80)、日常应激总分为(35.12±19.55)、学习生涯适应总分为(67.13±7.48)、心理弹性总分为(57.46±15.72),医护专业学位硕士生心理健康得分及各维度与日常应激得分呈正相关(r=0.082~0.442,P<0.01),与心理弹性负相关(r=-0.29~-0.72,P<0.01),与学习生涯适应负相关(r=-0.10~-0.40,P<0.01),心理弹性与学习生涯适应得分呈正相关(r=0.233,P<0.01),心理弹性、学习适应均与日常应激呈负相关(r=-0.14~-0.39,P<0.01)。潜变量路径分析模型表明,日常应激通直接预测心理健康的效果微弱,95%CI为(-0.012~0.047),日常应激通过心理弹性的中介作用预测心理健康,95%CI为(-0.246~0.036);日常应激可通过学习生涯适应预测心理健康,95%CI为(-0.424~0.242);但日常应激通过心理弹性和学习生涯适应的链式中介作用预测心理健康的作用微弱(效应量为0.00%)。结论:中医院校医护专业硕士生心理弹性和学习生涯适应在日常应激与心理健康的关系中分别起到部分中介作用。
Objective:explore the mediating role of psychological resilience and learning career adaptability between daily stress and mental health of master degree medical students in TCM universities.Methods:From July to December in 2019,We randomly selected 635 master’s degree students of clinical medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and nursing specialty from Zhejiang Traditional Chinese Medical University,Fujian Traditional Chinese Medical university,Hubei Traditional Chinese Medical university,Guiyang Traditional Chinese Medical college,Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medical university.The general situation questionnaire,the daily stressors scale of graduate students,the Chinese version(CD-RISC)of the connor-davidson psychological resilience scale,the career adaptation strength scale of graduate students,and the general mental health questionnaire(GHQ-20)were used to measure.Results:The total score of mental health was 50.56±10.80,the total score of daily stress was 35.12±19.55,the total score of learning career adaptation was 67.13±7.48,the total score of psychological resilience was 57.46±15.72.The scores of mental health and it’s dimension and daily stress were positively correlated(r=0.082~0.442,P<0.01),negatively correlated with psychological resilience(r=-0.29~-0.72,P<0.01),Negatively correlated with learning career adaptation(r=-0.10~-0.40,P<0.01).There was a positive correlation(r=0.233,P<0.01)between psychological resilience and learning career adaptation.Psychological resilience and learning adaptation were negatively correlated with daily stress(r=-0.14~-0.39,P<0.01).The potential variable path analysis model showed that the predicted effect of daily stress on mental health was weak,with 95% CI(-0.012~0.047),daily stress could predict mental health through psychological resilience,with 95% CI(-0.246~0.036),but daily stress could predict mental health through learning career adaptation,with 95%CI(-0.424-0.242);But daily stress had a weak predicted effect on mental health through the chain mediation of psychological resilience and learning career adaptation(0.00% effect).Conclusion:Psychological resilience and learning career adaptation of medical and nursing masters in traditional Chinese medicine colleges play part of mediated roles in the relationship between daily stress and mental health respectively.
