摘要
目的:探讨初中生正念对学校适应的影响,以及心理弹性的中介作用。方法:采用五因素正念量表(FFMQ)、初中生学校适应问卷(SAIJS)和青少年心理韧性量表(RSCA)对411名在校初中生进行问卷调查。结果:正念与学校适应存在正相关(r=0.40,P<0.01);正念与心理弹性存在正相关(r=0.51,P<0.01);心理弹性和学校适应存在正相关(r=0.64,P<0.01)。心理弹性在初中生正念和学校适应之间起部分中介作用,中介效应比例为73.17%,Bootstrap输出的95%的置信区间为(0.23,0.37)。结论:正念既可以直接影响初中生的学校适应,也可以通过心理弹性间接影响初中生的学校适应。
Objective:To explore the effect of mindfulness on school adjustment and the mediating effect of psychological resilience.Methods:A sample of 411 junior high school students was recruited in the study to complete the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire(FFMQ),the School Adaption Inventory for Junior Students(SAIJS)and the Psychological Resilience for Chinese Adolescent(RSCA).Results:Mindfulness was positively correlated with school adjustment(r=0.40,P<0.01);Mindfulness was positively correlated with resilience(r=0.51,P<0.01);Resilience was positively correlated with school adjustment(r=0.64,P<0.01).Psychological resilience partially mediated between junior high school students’ mindfulness and school adjustment,the proportion of mediating effect was 73.17%,and the 95% confidence interval of Bootstrap output was(0.23,0.37).Conclusion:Mindfulness can not only directly affect the school adaptation of junior high school students,but also indirectly affect the school adaptation of junior high school students through psychological resilience.
