挫折对高校师范类大学生共情的影响:心理弹性的调节作用 被引量:4

Relation between frustration and empathy among normal school students: The moderating role of resilience

摘要 目的:探讨挫折与心理弹性对高师大学生共情的影响机制。方法:采用"青少年生活事件量表"、"心理弹性量表"和"共情量表"对广东省575名高师大学生进行测查。结果:(1)高师大学生心理弹性与共情呈显著正相关(r=0.21,P<0.01),与负性生活事件呈显著负相关(r=-0.16,P<0.01);(2)心理弹性在负性生活事件情影响对高师大学生共中起调节作用,具体表现为在高心理弹性组,负性生活事件正向预测情感移情(β=0.13,t=2.24,P<0.05);在低心理弹性组,负性生活事件不能预测情感移情(P>0.05)。结论:高心理弹性个体在高负性生活事件条件下发生了"钢化反应"。 Objective:To explore the influence mechanism of frustration and resilience on empathy of normal school students.Methods:The measure of this study included the "Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Checklist" "Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale" "Basic Empathy Scale".A total of 575 normal school students in Guangdong province were investigated.Results:(1)There was a significantly positive correlation between resilience and empathy in normal school students(r=0.21,P<0.01),and there was a significantly negative correlation between negative life events and resilience in normal school students(r=-0.16,P<0.01);(4)Negative life events and resilience had interactive effects on the empathy of normal school students.In the high resilience group,negative life events positivly predicted emotional empathy(β=0.13,t=2.20,P<0.05);In the low resilience group,negative life events couldnot predict emotional empathy(P>0.05).Conclusion:Individuals with high psychological resilience have a "steeling effect" under the condition of highly negative life events.
