医学生应对方式和主动拖延行为的关系:自我效能感的中介作用 被引量:9

Relationship between medical students’ coping style and procrastination behavior:The mediating role of self-efficacy

摘要 目的:了解医学生应对方式、自我效能感与主动拖延行为的现状及关系,为医学生面对繁重的学业时采用积极应对策略主动延迟任务提供思路和科学依据。方法:对贵州某医科大学716名学生进行问卷调查。结果:男生在自我效能感和主动拖延行为得分上均高于女生且有显著性差异(t=4.52,2.37;P<0.05);担任学生干部在积极应对方式和自我效能感得分高于未担任过学生干部(t=2.57,2.83;P<0.05),自我效能感在应对方式的不同维度上和主动拖延行为的关系中都起着显著的部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的15.8%。结论:医学生总体上存在主动拖延行为,并且通过应对方式策略和自我效能感对主动拖延行为产生影响。 Objective:To understand the current situation and relationship between medical students’ coping style,self-efficacy and active procrastination behavior,providing ideas and scientific basis for medical students to adopt active coping strategies to actively delay tasks in the face of heavy academic work.Methods:A total of 716 students from a medical university in Guizhou were investigated by stratified cluster sampling.Results:The scores of self-efficacy and active procrastination of male students were significantly higher than those of female students(t=4.52,2.37;P<0.05).The scores of active coping style and self-efficacy of being a student cadre were higher than those of never serving as a student cadre(t=2.57,2.83;P<0.05).Self-efficacy played a significant intermediary role in different dimensions of coping style and active procrastination behavior,and the intermediary effect accounted for 15.8% of the total effect.Conclusion:Medical students have active procrastination behavior on the whole,and it is influenced by coping style,strategy and self-efficacy.
