深圳市河道管理范围划定工作浅析

Analysis on delimitation of river management scope in Shenzhen

河道管理范围是河道管理、岸线规划、安全运行的重要保障。深圳市按照《关于开展河湖管理范围和水利工程管理与保护范围划定工作的通知》的精神,积极开展河道管理范围划定工作。目前已完成了全市河道管理范围勘定工作,管理范围为河道两岸上口线或堤防外坡脚线分别外延8~15 m,管理范围线与基准线之间的范围为河道保护范围。勘定成果为河道规范化管理及行政审批提供了法律依据。

The scope of river management is regarded as an important element for river course regulation,shoreline planning and safe operation.In accordance with the notification on delimitation of management and protection scope of river and lake and water project,delimitation of river management scope has been conducted in Shenzhen City.Until present,survey and determination of river management scope has been completed,with upper entrance line on both sides of the river or the outer slope foot line of the embankment,extending 8~15 m respectively.The range between management and datum lines is defined as river protection scope.The outcome sets up a legal basis for standardized management and administrative inspection and approval.
