摘要
针对深圳市穿越城市密集建成区中小河流综合治理设计问题,以上寮河为例进行剖析,在茅洲河“流域统筹、系统治理”总体要求下,提出了涵盖“防洪达标、水质改善、岸坡修复”的综合治理思路,以海绵城市建设理念破解拆迁实施困难,以源头治理和末端治理相结合实现河流水质改善,以柔性生态材料使用实现有限空间内的岸坡修复,为类似工程设计提供了宝贵的经验。
The case study of the Shangliao River concentrates on the design for comprehensive regulation of medium and small rivers running through urban denselypopulated areas in Shenzhen.Under the overall requirements of"basin overall planning and systematic management",an approach of"meeting the standard of flood control,water quality improvement and bank slope restoration"has been adopted in the Maozhou River Basin,in line with the concept of sponge city construction,so as to overcome the difficulties with resettlement.The practices of improving water quality by treatment at the source and the end,and realizing river bank recovery within limited space with flexible ecological materials provide valuable experiences for integrated management of small and medium rivers in densely-populated urban areas.
