台农系列菠萝品种在海南地区的引种表现

Performance of Tainong Pineapple Varieties Introduced to Hainan

以巴厘为对照,对7个台农菠萝品种进行试种,比较各品种特性,为海南菠萝高效种植、品质提升提供参考。结果表明:8个菠萝品种的株高变幅为71.3~86.9 cm;叶长变幅为80.5~100.2 cm;叶宽变幅为5.3~6.6 cm;大多数为无刺品种;圆柱形果和圆锥形果居多,各品种果皮颜色由橘红到金黄色;8个菠萝品种的单果重变幅为1062.3~2220.2 g,台农21号显著重于其他品种;可滴定酸含量最低的为台农21号,VC含量最高的为台农22号,粗纤维含量较高的品种有台农4号和巴厘。从果实重量、果形外观、口感品质三方面综合评价,台农16号、台农17号、台农21号和台农23号符合当前生产和消费需求,适于在海南推广种植。

In order to offer reference for high-efficiency cropping and quality-improving of pineapple in Hainan,7 Tainong pineapple varieties were introduced to Hainan for trial planting with the pineapple variety Comte de Paris as control to compare their performance and characteristics.The results showed that plant height,leaf length and leaf width of the 8 pineapple varieties ranged from 71.3~86.9 cm,80.5~100.2 cm and 5.3~6.6 cm,respectively.Most of the varieties have no spines on the leaf margin.More varieties are observed to produce conical or cylindrical fruit.The fruit peels were from orange to golden yellow.The single fruit weight ranged from 1062.3~2220.2 g.The single fruit weight of pineapple variety Tainong 21 is significantly higher than that of other varieties.The fruit titratable acid content was the lowest in Tainong 21,and the VC content was the highest in Tainong 22.The crude fiber contents of Tainong 4 and Comte de Paris were higher than those of the rest of the varieties.Comprehensive evaluation from fruit weight,fruit appearance,fruit taste and quality showed that pineapples varieties Tainong 16,17,21 and 23 meet the current needs of production and consumption and hence are suitable for planting in Hainan.
