添加BFA发酵剂对菌糠堆肥及其腐植酸含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为研究添加BFA发酵剂对海鲜菇菌糠堆肥及其腐植酸含量的影响,以海鲜菇菌糠堆肥为对照,设置添加发酵剂处理,考察两个堆肥处理的温度、pH、电导率、有机质以及总腐植酸等指标。结果表明经过60 d的观测分析,添加BFA发酵剂处理与对照处理的温度、pH、电导率、有机质以及总腐植酸等指标变化趋势总体上较为一致;添加BFA发酵剂处理堆体的温度比对照更早趋于稳定,前40 d pH值上升较对照处理快,前50 d电导率低于对照处理;两个处理堆肥总腐植酸含量40 d时达最高值,分别为356.6、410.7 g/kg,添加发酵剂处理腐植酸含量较对照处理高15.2%。添加BFA发酵菌剂加快了海鲜菇菌糠堆肥进程,一定程度提高堆肥总腐植酸产量,为获更多的有机质和总腐植酸含量,建议海鲜菇菌糠堆肥时间控制在40 d。 The effects of microbial inoculant BFA on the compost of spent Hypsizygus marmoreus mushroom and its content of humic acid were analyzed in order to provide theoretical basis for shortening the composting time,improving the quality of the spend mushroom compost and increasing the yield of humic acid.Spent mushroom of H.marmoreus was treated with the microbial inoculant BFA for composting,with no microbial inoculant for composting as control.The temperature,pH,electrical conductivity,organic matter,total humic acid and other indexes of the two treatments were measured or detected for analysis.The results showed that the changes of temperature,pH,conductivity,organic matter and total humic acid in the inoculation treatment were consistent with those in the control after 60d of composting.The temperature tended to be stable earlier in the inoculation treatment than in the control.The pH in the first 40d increased faster,and the conductivity in the first 50d was lower as compared to the control.The total humic acid contents of the two treatments were the highest at day 40,which were 356.6 g·kg-1 and 410.7g·kg-1,respectively.The humic acid content of the compost was 15.2%higher in the inoculation treatment than in the control.The addition of the microbial inoculant accelerated the composting process of the compost and increased the yield of total humic acid to a certain extent.In order to obtain higher contents of organic matter and total humic acid it is suggested that the composting time for spent mushroom of H.marmoreus should be controlled at 40 days.
