中西医结合营养治疗软件在糖尿病肾病患者营养状况改善中的应用

Application of nutritional software of traditional Chinese medicine combining with Western medicine in improving the nutritional status of patients with diabetic nephropathy

目的探讨中西医结合营养治疗软件(NCCW)在糖尿病肾病患者营养状况改善中的效果。方法选取2019年3~9月在潍坊市益都中心医院门诊及住院的100例糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。两组患者均给予相同的药物治疗方案,观察组在此基础上加用NCCW制订食谱进行饮食干预。14周后比较两组患者的血清总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(Alb)、前白蛋白(PA)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、体重、体蛋白质、身体细胞量改善情况。结果两组患者饮食干预后的营养指标TP、Alb、PA、TRF及人体成分分析报告中的体重、体蛋白质、身体细胞量均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者干预后的TP、Alb、TRF、PA及体重、体蛋白质、身体细胞量均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论NCCW辅助治疗对糖尿病肾病患者的营养状况有良好的改善作用。

Objective To explore the effect of nutritional software of traditional Chinese medicine combining with Western medicine(NCCW)in improving the nutritional status of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy in the outpatient and inpatient clinics of Yidu Central Hospital in Weifang City from March to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table methods,50 cases in each group.Two groups of patients were given the same drug treatment,the observation group was given NCCW diet intervention on this basis.After 14 weeks,the improvement of serum total protein(TP),albumin(Alb),prealbumin(PA),transferrin(TRF),body weight,body protein and body cell mass were compared between the two groups.Results The nutritional indexes of TP,Alb,PA,TRF and body weight,body protein and body cell mass in the analysis report of body composition of the two groups after dietary intervention were higher than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of TP,Alb,TRF,PA,body weight,body protein and body cell mass quantity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion NCCW adjuvant therapy can improve the nutritional status of patients with diabetic nephropathy.
