量化评估引导式双分护理在首发精神分裂症青少年患者中的应用效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察量化评估引导式双分护理在首发精神分裂症青少年患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2019年6月江西省上饶市第三人民医院收治的80例首发青少年精神分裂症者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,每组各40例。对照组采用精神分裂症常规照护,试验组采用量化评估导引式双分护理,对两组干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组干预后的治疗总依从性高于对照组,精神病性症状评分与生活质量评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用量化评估引导式双分护理对首发精神分裂症青少年病例施加干预,可显著提升该类精神分裂症者的治疗依从性,促进精神病性症状与生活质量的改善。 Objective To observe the application effect of quantitative assessment guiding double point nursing in adolescents with first-episode schizophrenia.Methods A total of 80 adolescents with first-episode schizophrenia admitted to Shangrao Third People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the test group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the test group was treated with quantitative assessment guiding double point nursing,and the observed indexes after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment total compliance of adolescents with schizophrenia after intervention in the test group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of psychotic symptoms and quality of life in the test group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of quantitative assessement guiding double point nursing in adolescents with first-episode of schizophrenia can significantly improve the treatment compliance,and promote the improvement of psychotic symptoms and quality of life.
