支气管哮喘患儿自我感受负担与家庭功能的相关性

Correlation between self perceived burden and family function in child patients with bronchial asthma

目的分析支气管哮喘(BA)患儿自我感受负担(SPB)与家庭功能的关系。方法选取2018年6月-2020年5月三峡大学第三临床医学院诊治100例BA患儿为研究对象,全部患儿均接受2周BA常规治疗,并随访1个月。于治疗前、治疗2周、随访结束时,采用自我感受负担量表(SPBS)评估患儿SPB,采用家庭功能量表(FAD)评估家庭功能;并分析SPBS、FAD各维度评分及总分的关系。结果不同时间点BA患儿SPBS评分比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。不同时间点BA患儿FAD评分比较,差异均有高度统计学意义(均P<0.01)。BA患儿SPBS各维度评分及总分分别与FAD各维度评分及总分呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论BA患儿普遍伴有不同程度SPB,随着疾病的控制,患儿SPB程度减轻,且随着家庭功能改善,患儿SPB程度逐渐减轻,未来临床可由家庭功能着手实施干预,以减轻BA患儿SPB程度。

Objective To analyze the relationship between self perceived burden(SPB)and family function in children with bronchial asthma(BA).Methods A total of 100 patients with BA who treated in the Third Clinical Medical College of China Three Gorges University from June 2018 to May 2020 were selected,all children received two weeks routine treatment for BA and they were followed up for one month.Before treatment,two weeks of treatment,and at the end of follow-up,SPB was assessed by self-perceived burden scale(SPBS),and family function was assessed by family assessment device(FAD).The relationship between the scores and total scores of SPBS and FAD were analyzed.Results The differences in SPBS scores of BA child patients at different time points were highly statistically significant(all P<0.01).The differences in FAD scores of BA child patients at different time points were highly statistically significant(all P<0.01).The scores and total scores of SPBS were positively correlated with the scores and total scores of FAD in BA child patients(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion Children with BA have different degrees of SPB,with the control of the disease,the degree of SPB in children is decreased,and with the improvement of family function,the degree of SPB in children is gradually decreased,family function should be taken into consideration for intervention clinically in the future,to reduce SPB degree in BA children.
