国外主要发达国家公共卫生应急管理培训经验借鉴

The experience of public health emergency management training in major developed countries abroad

我国在公共卫生突发事件应急管理能力建设方面尚存在科学指导和专业化不足、干部队伍缺少应急管理专业化培训等问题。通过研究国外完善的培训组织体系,行动为导向的培训方法、模块化设计的培训内容、整建制培训的调训方式等先进的应急管理培训做法和经验,探索适合我国公共卫生应急管理的干部培训体系和方式方法,从而提高干部队伍应急管理工作能力,促进应急管理能力现代化建设。

There are still some problems in the capacity building of public health emergency management in China,such as lack of scientific guidance and specialization,lack of professional training of emergency management for cadres.By studying abroad to perfect the training system,action oriented training method,the modular design of the training content and the way of the whole system training and other advanced practice and experience of emergency management training to explore our country public health emergency management system of cadres training method and way,thus improve the cadres emergency management ability,promote the emergency management ability of modern construction.
