This article mainly summarizes the academic thought and clinical experience of Director Lei Genping in treating edema disease from syndrome differentiation of six channels theory.According to the pathogenic characteristics and pathogenesis of the six meridians,Director Lei Genping put forward six aspects to treat edema:regulating taiyang meridian,unblocking yangming meridian,reconciling shaoyang meridian,warming and tonifying taiyin meridian,clearing and tonifying shaoyin meridian,and taking care of jueyin meridian.Clinical effect is remarkable.Therefore,this article will systematically describe Lei Genping’s academic thought and experience of syndrome differentiation and treatment of edema disease from six aspects of taiyang meridian,yangming meridian,shaoyang meridian,taiyin meridian,shaoyin meridian and jueyin meridian,so as to provide new diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical treatment of edema disease and improve clinical efficacy.
