摘要
基于共同前沿F re-Primont指数法测算了12个农业细分产业的全要素生产率,探究了产业间的技术异质性和技术差距。结果显示:整体的全要素生产率增长率为2.02%,劳动密集型农业产业的全要素生产率增长水平高于土地密集型农业产业,两种类型产业全要素生产率增长方式迵然不同,但均面临由综合效率损失导致的恶化局面。产业间的技术异质程度和技术差距较大,技术异质性波动幅度较大且呈“W型”变化趋势,技术差距主要来源于综合效率增长速度差异所导致的动态偏离效应,土地密集型农业产业技术改进空间较大。
Based on the meta-frontier F re-Primont index method,the total factor productivity(TFP)and its compositions of 12 agricultural subsectors are measured,and the technological heterogeneity and technological gap between segmented industries are explored.The results show that the overall TFP growth rate is 2.02%,and the TFP growth level of labor-intensive agricultural industries is higher than that of land-intensive agricultural industries.The TFP growth patterns of the two types of industries are remarkably different,but they are facing the deterioration caused by the loss of comprehensive efficiency.The technological heterogeneity degree and technological gap segmented industries are large,and the technological heterogeneity fluctuates greatly and shows a“W-shaped”change trend.The technology gap mainly comes from the dynamic deviation effect caused by the difference of comprehensive efficiency growth rate,and the space for technology improvement of land intensive agricultural industry is large.Finally,based on the above research conclusions,relevant policy recommendations are put forward to promote high-quality agricultural development.
