摘要
本文指出了现有计算斜齿轮量球直径资料存在的不足之处,并基于CAXA软件提出了求斜齿轮恰当量球直径的图解方法;通过具体实例对该图解法的方法、步骤与技巧进行了介绍。运用此图解法求斜齿轮恰当量球直径,考虑到了螺旋角、压力角、变位系数及齿数的影响,且没有涉及到当量齿数和渐开线函数。此图解法求得的斜齿轮恰当量球直径实用合理,该方法为求斜齿轮恰当量球直径提供了新思路。
According to the current data of calculating the diameter of the measuring ball of helical gears,the shortcomings of the method are pointed out in this paper.Based on CAXA software,a graphic method for calculating the diameter of the measuring ball of helical gears is proposed.Through a specific example,the method,steps and skills of this graphic method are introduced.The influence of helix angle,pressure angle,modification coefficient and number of teeth is taken into account in calculating the diameter of the measuring ball of helical gears by using this graphic method.This graphic method is practical and reasonable,which provides a new way for finding the right measuring ball of helical gears visually and easily.
