纳米CaCO_(3)改性有机硅防水剂的合成及涂层性能 被引量:2

摘要 采用CaCO_(3)无机材料,合成不同纳米CaCO_(3)含量的有机硅防水剂,在有机硅表面构建起粗糙结构,增强有机硅防水剂的疏水性能。通过红外光谱(FTIR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对改性有机硅防水剂进行结构和形貌表征。通过测试接触角,防水性和耐洗性对改性有机硅防水剂的防水效果进行评价。当CaCO_(3)加入量为4 g时接触角达到最大143.8°,防水等级为4级。 In this paper,CaCO_(3) inorganic material was used to synthesize a modified organosilicon waterproof agent with different nano-CaCO 3 contents,and a rough structure was constructed on the surface of the organosilicon to enhance the hydrophobic performance of the organosilicon waterproof agent.The structure and morphology of the modified organosilicon waterproof agent were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR)and Scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The waterproof effect of modified organosilicon waterproof agent was evaluated by measuring the contact angle,water resistance and washing resistance.When the amount of CaCO_(3) is 4 g,the contact angle reaches a maximum of 143.8°,and the waterproof rating is 4.
