石斛消渴饮对糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏保护作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨石斛消渴饮对2型糖尿病性肾病(DN)大鼠肾损害的保护作用。方法:通过高糖高脂饲料+腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ,30 mg/kg)建立糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,将60只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、二甲双胍(0.15 mg/kg)阳性对照组、石斛消渴饮低(6.2 g/kg)、中(12.4 g/kg)、高剂量(24.8 g/kg)组。空白对照组和模型组灌胃等体积生理盐水1天1次,连续4周。检测指标包括大鼠一般行为学检查、血清FBG、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、SCr、BUN及24 h UPro水平。结果:与模型组比较,各给药组大鼠活动及反应力均明显提高,血清FBG、TG、LDL-C、SCr、BUN及24 h UPro水平明显降低,血清HDL-C水平明显升高。结论:石斛消渴饮对2型糖尿病性肾病(DN)大鼠肾损伤具有一定的干预作用,可为临床上干预糖尿病肾病提供一定的参考。 Objective:To observe the effects of the Shihuxiaokeyin on kidney in rats with type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods:T2DN tat model was established by high glucose and high fat feed for 6 weeks and intraperitoneal injection of 30mg/kg STZ.The 60 rats were divided in to 6 groups:the blank group,the model group,the dimethylbiguanide group,the Shihuxiaokeyin low-dose group(6.2 g/kg),the Shihuxiaokeyin medium-dose group(12.4 g/kg),the Shihuxiaokeyin high-dose group(24.8 g/kg),The blank group and the model group were administered with the equivalent volume of saline by gavage,once a day,for 4 weeks.The general behavior,blood glucose(FBG),trilyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),urine protein,blood creatinine(SCr),urea nitrogen(BUN).Results:Compared with the model group,the activity and responsiveness of rats in each administration group were significantly improved.The serum FBG,TG,LDL-C,SCr,BUN and 24 h UPro levels were significantly reduced,and the serum HDL-C level was significantly increased.The Shihuxiaokeyin can effectively protect renal function,and its mechanism can be further studied from the perspective of delaying the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
