不同干燥法对贵州山豆根主要成分含量的影响

Effects of Different Drying Methods on the Contents of Main Componentsin Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix ET Rhizoma from Guizhou

摘要 比较了不同干燥法对贵州产山豆根药材主要成分氧化苦参碱和苦参碱含量的影响,为贵州产山豆根药材的初加工提供基础资料。采用自然晒干,60,80和100℃处理山豆根药材,用高效液相色谱测定氧化苦参碱和苦参碱含量。以Welch Ultimate XB-NH 2柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-异丙醇-3%磷酸溶液(80∶5∶15)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测波长为210 nm;柱温:30℃。结果显示,80℃下药材主要成分总含量最高,其次是100℃下药材,再其次是60℃下药材,最后是自然晒干药材。通过本文研究,综合药材干燥时间等因素,表明80℃为山豆根药材干燥的最佳温度。 The effects of different drying methods on the content of oxymatrine and matrine in Sophorae tonkinensis Radix ET Rhizoma from Guizhou were compared.Sophorae tonkinensis Radix ET Rhizoma treated with natural sun drying,60,80 and 100℃,and the contents of oxymatrine and matrine were determined by High-performance liquid chromatography.Welch Ultimate XB-NH 2 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used as chromatographic column.Acetonitrile-isopropanol-3%phosphoric acid solution(80∶5∶15)as mobile phase.Flow rate:1.0 mL·min^(-1);detection wavelength:210 nm;Column temperature:30℃.The results showed that the content of main components was the highest in medicinal materials at 80℃,then at 100℃,then at 60℃,and finally dried in the sun.Through the study,the drying time and other factors were considered,the results show that 80℃is the best drying temperature of Sophorae tonkinensis Radix ET Rhizoma.
