摘要
小麦生长过程中,由于受环境的各种因素影响,其镉含量可能会超标。本文通过石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定一批小麦中的镉含量。试验相对标准偏差在3.4%~5.8%之间,标准品对照试验,相对相差在2.86%~5.59%之间,精密度良好、准确度高,符合分析要求。本次试验所采用的小麦样品,经测定其中的镉含量<0.1 mg/kg,全部符合GB 2762—2017食品安全国家标准—食品中污染物限量[1]中对谷物的要求.。
During the growth of wheat,the cadmium content may exceed the standard due to various environmental factors.The content of cadmium in wheat was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The relative standard deviation is between 3.4%and 5.8%.The relative standard deviation is between 2.86%and 5.59%.The precision is good and the accuracy is high.The content of cadmium in wheat samples used in this experiment is less than 0.1 mg/kg.All meet the requirements of GB 2762—2017 national food safety standard limit of pollutants in food.
