摘要
氢氧化铝煅烧是决定氧化铝的产量、质量和能耗的重要环节。目前,氢氧化铝煅烧工艺主要有传统回转窑工艺,改进回转窑工艺和流态化焙烧工艺,其中,流态化焙烧工艺与回转窑工艺相比具有明显优势。本文介绍了一种根据流态化焙烧原理,研发的用于焙烧氢氧化铝,来生产特定要求氧化铝的生产工艺。
The calcination of aluminum hydroxide is an important step to determine the yield,quality and energy consumption of alumina.At present,the calcining process of aluminum hydroxide mainly includes traditional rotary kiln process,improved rotary kiln process and fluidized roasting process,Among them,fluidized calcination process has obvious advantages compared with rotary kiln process.This paper introduces a kind of production technology which is developed according to the principle of fluidized calcining and used for calcining aluminum hydroxide to produce alumina with specific requirements.
