提高半再生重整装置甲苯产率的优化应用

摘要 炼厂受限于装置改造、与催化剂成本,半再生重整由于催化剂不能连续再生、反应运行条件苛刻度低等因素,催化剂芳烃转化率低,导致重整产物中芳烃含量低。通过对进重整反应原料进行优化,在不改变炼厂原有催化剂设计的基础上,可提高甲苯产量及装置效益,从而适应化工品市场需求,并且还能够提高装置操作的灵活性,保持装置高效益运行。以某炼厂月加工石脑油4万吨为例,甲苯产率提高后月产值可增加近百万元。 Refineries are limited by equipment modification and catalyst cost.semi-regenerative catalytic reformer unit is due to factors such as the inability to continuously regenerate the catalyst and the low severity of reaction operating conditions.The low aromatic conversion rate of the catalyst results in low aromatic content in the reformed product.In this paper,by optimizing the raw materials for the reforming reaction,the toluene output and plant efficiency can be increased without changing the original catalyst design of the refinery,thereby adapting to the needs of the chemical market,and improving the flexibility of plant operation and maintaining The device operates with high efficiency.Taking a refinery that processes 40,000 tons of naphtha per month as an example,the monthly production value can increase by nearly 1 million yuan after the toluene production rate is increased.
