某国有企业针对十二五期间安全生产中暴露出的员工安全意识不强,外协队伍难管理和作业现场管理不规范的三大安全管理短板,深入开展模块化安全管理实践模式研究,通过七个子模块的高效运行,以主题安全活动为抓手,使该企业十三五期间工亡事故率、工亡人数大幅下降。研究表明:该模式能够高效便捷地护航安全生产,值得在全国国有矿冶企业内推广应用。
