摘要
通过流程模拟软件Aspen Plus,采用物性修正后的PR方程对低温液氮洗工艺装置进行了模拟计算。结果表明:修正后的PR方程用于板翅式换热器计算时换热量的计算较为准确。针对液氮洗涤塔的模拟计算与设计值也较为吻合,修正的PR方程可用于低温液氮洗深冷工艺的模拟。
By using modified PR EOS to simulate the liquid nitrogen washing process.With the help of the process simulation software Aspen Plus,results show that the modified PR equation is more accurate in the calculation of plate-fin heat exchanger.The equation is also accurate for the calculation of liquid nitrogen washing tower.The modified PR equation can be used in the study of liquid nitrogen washing process.
