摘要
硫酸镍作为电镀行业重要原材料,在其生产过程中产生了大量高浓度有机废水。选用树脂吸附工艺进行处理,研究发现2#GC-15超高交联树脂于原水pH值、流速3.5 BV/h的条件下吸附120 BV废水,可将原水COD值由1290 mg/L降至400 mg/L以下,同时,达到脱色效果;蒸汽吹脱能实现树脂稳定。
As an important raw material for the electroplating industry,nickel sulfate produces a large amount of high-concentration organic wastewater during its production process.The resin adsorption process is selected for treatment.The study found that 2#GC-15 ultra-high cross-linked resin absorbs 120 BV wastewater under the conditions of raw water pH value and flow rate 3.5 BV/h,which can reduce the raw water COD value from 1290 mg/L to below 400 mg/L.At the same time,decolorization effect can be achieved.Steam blowing can achieve resin stability.
