虎尾轮降低高尿酸血症大鼠血清尿酸水平作用初探 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨虎尾轮对高尿酸血症大鼠模型血清尿酸水平的影响。方法:SD大鼠随机分成正常对照组、模型组、别嘌醇阳性对照组(5.00 mg/kg)、虎尾轮低剂量组(5.25 g/kg)和虎尾轮高剂量组(21.00 g/kg)。除正常对照组外,其余各组腹腔注射黄嘌呤300.00 mg/kg,皮下注射氧嗪酸钾100.00 mg/kg,建立高尿酸血症模型,60 min后灌胃给药,120 min后采血测定血清尿酸浓度。结果:模型组大鼠的血清尿酸浓度为(426.07±107.93)μmol/L,与正常对照组[(94.37±16.66)μmol/L]相比升高(P<0.01),提示黄嘌呤联合氧嗪酸钾诱导的高尿酸血症大鼠模型效果良好。与模型组相比,虎尾轮低、高剂量组、别嘌醇阳性对照组大鼠血清尿酸浓度均下降(均P<0.01)。结论:虎尾轮具有降低高尿酸血症大鼠血清尿酸水平的作用。 Objective:To investigate the effect ofUraria crinita on the serum uric acid level of hyperuricemia rat model.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,allopurinol positive control group(5.00 mg/kg),Uraria crinita low-dose group(5.25 g/kg)andUraria crinita high-dose group(21.00 g/kg).Except for the normal control group,the other groups were injected with xanthine 300.00 mg/kg intraperitoneally and subcutaneously injected with potassium oxazine 100.00 mg/kg to establish a hyperuricemia model.The rats were given by intragastric administration after 60 minutes and blood was collected after 120 minutes to determine uric acid concentration.Results:The serum uric acid concentration of rats in the model group was(426.07±107.93)μmol/L,which was higher than that of the normal control group[(94.37±16.66)μmol/L](P<0.01),suggesting that the hyperuricemia model induced by xanthine combined with potassium oxazinate was effective.Compared with the model group,the serum uric acid concentration of rats in the low-dose and high-dose groups ofUraria crinita and allopurinol positive control group decreased(allP<0.01).Conclusion:Uraria crinita can reduce the serum uric acid level of rats with hyperuricemia.
