摘要 气相色谱-质谱联用技术是一种气相色谱和质谱有效结合的分析方法,实现了两者的优势互补,大大提高了检测结果的准确性。气相色谱-质谱联用能对样品高效分离,同时还能定性、定量,在食品质量检测和安全控制方面有很重要的作用。近几年来,气相色谱-质谱联用技术广泛应用于乳制品的分析和检测中,可用于农药残留检测、食品添加剂检测、食品成分检测及食品包装检测等,操作简便快捷、分离效果好、稳定性好、灵敏度高、检测结果准确。 Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry technology is an analysis method that effectively combines gas chromatography and mass spectrometry,which realizes the complementary advantages of the two and greatly improves the accuracy of detection results.Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry can efficiently separate samples,and at the same time it can be qualitative and quantitative.It plays an important role in food quality inspection and safety control.In recent years,the GC-MS technology has been widely used in the analysis and detection of dairy products.It can be used in the detection of pesticide residues,food additives,food composition detection in dairy products and food packaging,etc.The GC-MS detection method is simple and quick to operate.
