摘要
随着数字技术和互联网产业的快速发展,数字劳动应运而生。数字劳动在为人们生产生活提供便捷的同时,也产生了一系列劳动异化问题,包括数字劳动者与自身主体性自由之间关系的异化;数字劳动者与数字平台之间关系的异化;数字劳动者与数字社会治理之间关系的异化。数字劳动异化问题已成为数字时代不容忽视的崭新课题。依据马克思的劳动价值论,克服数字劳动异化需重构数字劳动者的价值主体性,保护数字劳动者的合法权益,实现数据信息的共建共享。
With the rapid development of digital technology and Internet industry,digital labor arises at the historic moment.While providing convenience for people's production and life,digital labor also produces a series of unprecedented digital labor alienation problems.Dissimilation of the relationship between digital workers and their own subject freedom;dissimilation of the relationship between digital workers and digital platforms;the dissimilation of the relationship between digital workers and digital social governance,which has become a new issue that cannot be ignored in the digital era.Using Marx's labor theory of value,it reveals the essence of dissimilation of digital labor,then reconstructs the value subjectivity of digital workers,protects the legitimate rights and interests of digital workers,and realizes the co-construction and sharing of data information.
