职业体育俱乐部履行企业社会责任的缺失原因与路径选择

The Lack Reasons and Paths of Professional Sports Clubs to Fulfill Corporate Social Responsibility

应用文献资料法与案例分析法,对我国职业体育俱乐部企业社会责任缺失的关键性理论问题进行梳理与剖析。研究认为,俱乐部积极主动承担企业社会责任且取得部分成效的同时,仍存在着诸多不足,主要表现在:赛场暴力、违禁药物滥用、假球、黑哨、球员参赛资格作弊、赌球以及漠视雇员利益等情况时有发生。针对上述现状,从政策法规、行业管理、监督评价机制与俱乐部自身建设四个方面提出推进职业体育俱乐部履行企业社会责任的法律法规建设、加强对职业体育俱乐部履行企业社会责任的监督、完善职业体育俱乐部企业社会责任信息披露制度、构建职业体育俱乐部履行企业社会责任的评价体系、构建职业体育俱乐部履行企业社会责任的激励机制等路径来推动我国职业体育俱乐部更好的履行企业社会责任。

Use the literature method and the case analysis method to sort out and analyze the key theoretical issues of the lack of corporate social responsibility in professional sports clubs.It is believed that although the club has achieved some results in taking the initiative to assume the corresponding corporate social responsibility,it also has many deficiencies.The current situation of its deficiencies is mainly manifested in the following situations:violence in the competition field,abuse of prohibited drugs,match-fixing,black whistle,players’cheating in the competition qualification,gambling on the ball and disregard for employees’interests,etc.Based on this,This paper puts forward some measures to promote our country professional sports club to fulfill the enterprise social responsibility concrete path,Such as promote the construction of laws and regulations for professional sports clubs to fulfill corporate social responsibility,strengthen the supervision of professional sports clubs to fulfill corporate social responsibility,improve the disclosure system of corporate social responsibility information of professional sports clubs,and build an evaluation system for professional sports clubs to fulfill corporate social responsibility.
