摘要 体教融合是新时代青少年健康治理的重要议题,深化体教融合是促进青少年健康发展的重要途径。为深入理解《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》政策背景、政策目标与政策要义,运用文献资料法、公共政策分析法,对《关于深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的意见》政策进行研究。研究认为:体育强国、教育强国、全国教育大会等系列政策与精神是深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展的生成逻辑,政策目标指向是深化体教融合促进青少年健康发展,并分析了体教融合促进青少年健康发展实施措施的八大政策要义,为新时代体育、教育、健康等多领域服务提供政策指引。 The integration of sports and education is an important issue of youth health governance in the new era and deepening the integration of sports and education is an important way for the healthy development of young people.In order to deeply understand the policy background,policy objectives and policy gists of the opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education and promoting the healthy development of youth,this paper studies the policy of“opinions on deepening the integration of sports and education and promoting the healthy development of youth”by means of literature and public policy analysis.The results show that a series of policies and spirits such as sports power,education power and national education conference are the generative logic of deepening the integration of sports and education and promoting the healthy development of youth,the goal of the policy is to deepen the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of youth,and analyzes the eight major policy implications of the implementation measures of the integration of sports and education to promote the healthy development of youth and provide policy guidance for sports,education,health and other services in the new era.
