摘要
基于运输与作业类的中重型纯电动商用车辆的运输与作业需求,集成双电机与行星排式变速箱,研发的全新构型的动力系统,覆盖了运输和作业用途,可以实现双电机的耦合驱动、单电机独立驱动/作业、行驶与作业解耦等多种工作模式,具有作业电机可复用、换挡无动力中断、驱动/作业可解耦等特点。降低了系统功率及转矩冗余,提高了系统效率,按动力系统新构型方案,完成了8.5吨压缩式垃圾车和18吨洗扫车两种车型的动力系统参数设计与整车性能的校核,结果表明此构型可以实现项目的预期目标。
Based on the transportation and working requirements of medium and heavy-duty electric commercial vehicles,it integrates dual motors and planetary gearboxes,and develops a new type driving system that covers transportation and working purposes,and can realize the coupling of dual motors Multiple working modes such as drive,single-motor independent driving and working,driving and work decoupling,have the characteristics of reusable working motors,no power interruption for gear shifting,and decoupling of driving and working.Reduce system power and torque redundancy,improve system efficiency.And completed the calculation and verification of the power design of the 8.5 ton compression garbage truck and the 18 ton cleaning truck.The results show that this configuration can achieve the project's expected goals.
