摘要
六自由度(6-DOF)并联平台应用极为广泛。在SimMechanics二代环境下,本文首先给出了6-DOF并联平台关键零部件建模的参数化方程;其次给出了整个并联平台的装配方法;然后给6个动力部件设计了“数字液压缸”模型;最后进行了系统动力学仿真。结果表明,通过对话框设置相关参数后可以正确、快速地得到并联平台的动力学模型,所提出的参数化建模方法正确、有效。
Six degrees of freedom(6-DOF)parallel platform is widely used.In the second generation environment of SimMechanics,the parameterization equation of key components modeling of 6-DOF parallel platform is given firstly in this paper;secondly,the assembly method of the whole parallel platform is given;thirdly,the"digital hydraulic cylinder"model of six power components is designed;finally,the system dynamics simulation is carried out.The results show that the dynamic model of the parallel platform can be obtained accurately and quickly by setting relevant parameters in the dialog box,the proposed parametric modeling method is correct and effective.
