摘要
对市面上现有的某款轻便手动轮椅进行人机仿真分析,将该轮椅的三维模型导入Jack软件人机仿真环境中,对其乘坐人员和操纵人员进行一系列人机分析,发现该轮椅不符合人机工程学的问题,基于分析结果对该轻便手动轮椅进行优化设计,并对优化设计后的轮椅方案再次进行人机仿真分析,验证优化设计方案的合理性。结果显示,优化设计后的轮椅对于乘坐人员表现出更好的舒适性和安全性,可以更好地满足老年用户的需求。
This paper analyzes the human-machine simulation of a portable manual wheelchair on the market,imports the wheelchair model into the jack software human-computer simulation environment,and carries out a series of human-machine analysis on its passengers and operators,and finds out the problems that do not conform to the ergonomics.Based on the analysis results,the portable manual wheelchair is optimized,and the wheelchair scheme after optimization design is optimized Human computer simulation analysis is carried out to verify the rationality of the optimized design scheme.The results show that the wheelchair optimized by ergonomics has better comfort and safety for passengers,and can better meet the needs of elderly users.
