摘要
在进行底盘动力支架结构强度评估时通常对支架整体施加统一的冲击加速度进行评估,而实际结构在整车道路激励下中由于支架模态的影响,支架各处的实际加速度响应存在较大差异。本文基于实际测试的车架加速度信号,利用瞬态分析的方法计算支架实际加速度响应,并基于模态叠加计算出支架各处的实际应力响应,为新结构设计及改进提供真实的理论依据。
In strength assessment for the support structure of the underpan power system,a same acceleration load is usually applied on the whole support structure as the simulation load.Nevertheless,in the real condition,due to the mode effect of the structure,the acceleration responses of the structure at different positions are totally different even under the same road excitation force.In this paper,the acceleration responses of carframe were measured on different road conditions and were used as the excitation for the instantaneous analysis of the support structure.Based on the instantaneous analysis method,both the instantaneous acceleration response and the instantaneous stress response of the structure can be obtained.In this paper,the modal superposition method based instantaneous analysis was used.Both the instantaneous acceleration and the instantaneous displacement excitations based instantaneous analysis of the support structure were simulated and compared.The result shows that the instantaneous analysis method can provide a useful way for the structure design and optimization.
