摘要
为提升导引头伺服隔离度指标,对永磁直流力矩电机的启动特性进行了分析。提出用启动电压等效电机的启动转矩,建立电机启动转矩的非线性模型。仿真分析了电机的启动转矩对伺服隔离度的影响,试验定量测试了电机启动转矩对伺服隔离度的影响大小。结果表明,永磁直流力矩电机的启动转矩对伺服隔离度影响较大,电机启动电压由2V减小到1.4V,隔离度指标提升了60%以上,提升效果显著。
To improve disturbance rejection rate(DRT)index of the seeker servo platform,the starting characteristic of permanent magnet DC torque motor is analyzed.Put forward starting voltage equivalent starting torque of the motor,and the test method of starting voltage is presented.By establishing mathematical model for the stable loop of seeker servo system,DRT effect of servo system with starting torque of the motor is analyzed.And through the test,DRT effect of servo system with starting torque of the motor is quantitatively tested.The result show that DRT effect of servo system with starting torque of permanent magnet DC torque motor is great.In the same condition,starting voltage of the motor by 2 V to 1.4 V,DRT index is increased by more than 60%,and the improvement of DRT is effective.
