河道底泥制备陶粒轻骨料的工艺条件及性能 被引量:6

摘要 为研究以河道底泥为主要原材料,废弃建筑泥浆、污水污泥及黏土为辅料制备陶粒轻骨料的适宜工艺条件,利用旋转管式反应炉分别探索了煅烧温度、保温时间、升温速率以及物料配比对陶粒轻骨料表观密度、吸水率、抗压强度和综合指数的影响。结果表明,适宜的工艺条件为:升温速率35℃/min,煅烧温度1175℃(保持15 min),河道底泥∶黏土∶废弃建筑泥浆∶污水污泥(质量比)=47∶17∶16∶20。在适宜的工艺条件下,利用Φ2500 mm×45000 mm回转窑生产线实现了陶粒轻骨料的规模化生产,产品形貌规则完整,表观密度为292.3 kg/m^(3),筒压强度为1.30 MPa。主要性能指标均满足《轻集料及其试验方法第1部分:轻集料》(GB/T 17431.1—2010)要求。 In order to explore the suitable technological conditions for preparing ceramsite lightweight aggregate by using river sediment as the main raw material,with waste building mud,sewage sludge and clay as auxiliary materials.The effects of calcination temperature,calcination holding time,heating rate and material ratio on the apparent density,water absorption rate,compressive strength and comprehensive performance indexes of ceramsite lightweight aggregate were studied respectively with a rotary tube reactor.Results showed that the suitable technological conditions were:heating rate 35℃/min,calcination temperature 1175℃(maintaining 15 min),river sediment∶clay∶waste building mud∶sewage sludge(mass ratio)=47∶17∶16∶20.Large-scale production of ceramsite lightweight aggregate had been achieved on theΦ2500 mm×45000 mm rotary kiln production line under the suitable technological conditions.The appearance of product was complete,with the apparent density 292.3 kg/m^(3),and tube compressive strength 1.30 MPa.The main performance indicators fulfilled the requirements of“Lightweight aggregates and its test methods-Part 1:lightweight aggregates”(GB/T 17431.1-2010).
