PF6/1542型转载机中部槽优化设计布置研究及应用

摘要 为了解决PF6/1542型转载机煤量大造成的过载事故,设计合理地布置转载机槽中部槽数量与顺序,实现了转载机中部槽优化。优化应用后,转载机损耗功率大大降低,功率储备充足,很少出现过载情况,设备运行状况良好。 In order to solve the overload accident caused by large amount of coal in PF6/1542 transshipment machine,the number and sequence of the middle slots of transshipment machine were designed reasonably,and the optimization of the middle slots of transshipment machine was realized.After the optimized application,the power loss of the reloader is greatly reduced,the power reserve is sufficient,the overload situation is rare,and the equipment runs well.
