摘要
为解决现有高原供暖装置因持续加热造成的灼热不适与高温烫伤等问题,提出并设计一种恒温节能供暖装置,重点介绍了产热结构的设计、排布及温控系统,该装置的加热功率可随外界环境温度的降低而增大,随外界环境温度的升高而降低,始终将外界温度维持在人体舒适的范围内,实现了节能高效、温度自控、移动方便的目的。同时利用ANSYS分析加热体稳态热量场的分布,为进一步优化加热体结构提供新的思路。
In order to solve the problems of burning discomfort and low temperature scald caused by continuous heating of existing plateau heating devices,a constant temperature energy-saving heating device is proposed and designed.The design,arrangement and temperature control system of the heat generation structure are mainly introduced.The heating power of the device can increase with the decrease of the external environment temperature and decrease with the increase of the external temperature.The external temperature is always maintained in the comfortable range of human body in the system.The energy-saving,high-efficiency,automatic temperature control and convenient moving are realized.At the same time,ANSYS is used to analyze the distribution of the steady-state heat field of the heating body,which provides a new idea for further optimizing the structure of the heating body.
